Have you made a Will? What is your exposure to inheritance tax? Estate Planning?
Making a Will is something none of us likes to think about, but unless a Will is properly prepared the distribution of your estate may not be in accordance with your wishes.
If a Will is not in place there is a much greater risk that your loved ones will dispute the distribution of your estate and therefore the probate becomes contentious. This can be avoided by discussing your wishes with us so that we can prepare your Will and ensure your wishes are put into effect.
At Bromley Clackett Livesley we will discuss your personal circumstances and review your estate and inheritance tax position to ensure the outcome of your wishes is properly understood and that your Will reflects your specific intentions.
Please either contact Lee Clackett or Stuart Bromley if they are currently dealing with your financial affairs or otherwise Karen Livesley for further information.
